That is gorgeus!!!!! How do you know if the things you download are on the sims because I really want that house.

The entire house and lot has been designed and decorated by the Maxis based game content. There are no custom contents at all found in this upload.

To download a house Unzip the .rar file and double click the file within, and follow the directions to place the home in the game.

I downloaded it and went to open the file only to have it say that it wasn't safe for my game. Any ideas as to why that is? This is the second house of yours that has a broken file on my computer. I have all the sims games plus the EPs. Any suggestions?

I'm sorry I don't know why that is. If you can mention what the other home that this has happened with was, then maybe we could find a solution based on logical deduction. The homes are created using base game only (Maxis Items).

Base Game is only installed on the machine that the lots are created and uploaded on.

Do you have any trouble downloading new content to the game?

Do you have any trouble downloading, installing, and/or playing any other homes of large size both in design and contents?

Have you installed any Custom Content recently that could be the cause of this error?

I LOVE WHAT YOU'RE DOING! all of your houses are accurate, and this one is no exception. you captured florida's building style so perfectly; i had to double check and make sure it wasn't an advertisement for the latest suburban community. your accuracy makes me very happy.

that being said, i adore your other houses too, it's just that this one is so close to home that i had to comment. thanks for your wonderful creations!
