Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Well if your over exaturated Millions as only like 100,000 then thats a major difference. Otherwise, the main problem of the houses costing a lot of money is the furniture. If you feel you want it so it doesn't cost to much, delete the furniture.

Here is a cheat you can use to get alot of money, this will really help u:
First of all,Move your Sim Family to a house you can afford. Then Press CTRL+SHIFT+C,that will open the cheat box. When the cheat box appears, type "motherlode" (without the ""),That will get you 50,000 dollars on your family's founds.Try this many times until you get the exact price u need to afford this house. When you have all the money just move out the family to the house.

Hope this helped :D
