Very nice, I always have room for more neighborhoods.
Since I already have ALL of Criquettes Items 'awesome stuff' this is an easy pick for me.
Thanks for your nice work on this

WHAT?!
Either you just made a pretty damn good sim version of my city (Portland Oregon, city of bridges), or we've become victims of one incredible coincidence.

I was literally checking out your other neighborhood just hours ago...when I came back you had uploaded this one. I really prefer this one because it is SIMilar to where I live. I have wanted to build my own neighborhood for a while, but Im always too busy. Thanks so much, can't wait to see it in game!

This is brilliant! I absolutely love it! I love the way you used Criquette's 'hood deco! I wasn't planning on playing the Sims tonight, but I have to see this in game!

Thank you!

As much as I love Carnen I was waiting, hoping you'd come out with another neighborhood soon!! Seriously, Carnen is like the only neighborhood I use and now I'm so glad to have another great one!

I don't think you need a mod to use any hood at all as a subhood -- at least I don't recall installing one, and all the neighborhoods I've ever downloaded or made seem to be available when I go looking for one to assign as a downtown to whatever main neighborhood.

I live right across the Columbia River from Portland, and that's exactly what I thought! Right down to the Eastbank Esplanade. I'm snatching this up!

Thanks so much for sharing!!

You are talking about terrains, I think .. this is a neighbourhood. People need to follow the instructions in the OP or it won't work.

That is absolutely great!
I really think you and Criquette should work together in the future.
And Plasticbox should build the houses.
That would be the most awesome sim world!

So beautiful...I love it! Once the downloads are working again (they don't work for me atm), I'm nabbing this, Carnen and Criquette's stuff. I hope to see more from you! :D
