1. first extracting the .rar file to a folder or desktop, etc... anywhere where you can easily reach the .sims2pack file that it creates.

2. Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location.

3. which should prompt the TS3 launcher, and then start to automatically install itself.

4. you should have a window that pops up and states: Highlandpark{1}.sims2pack Success! Done.

5. click okay, go into the game, and the lot should be in the community lots section.

Hope this works

I wasn't able to recreate this issue with 2 different sims; however, i was only able to test it for about 5 minutes. I'll attempt again as soon as i have a chance and notify you through a PM if I find a problem and fix it.

How do you get it to be classed as a Gym in the map screen? When I build a gym it just has a bench icon for a community lot, not a gym icon???

Pretty sure the game auto-detects if it is a gym or not. At first when I was building this lot I didn't have any work-out/athletic equipment and just had a pool and the game detected it as a pool; however, once i added the gym equipment it changed to gym.

Thanks so much for this lot. It's the only gym I ever use now. Oh, and I had a similar problem with the entrance. All sims entering the building would go through the front door and then sprint over to the children's area for no reason. xD I actually just removed that whole section, door and all, and it works perfectly now. Thanks again. =]
