Auntie May's Summer Cottage has three bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, an eat-in kitchen, living room with fireplace, library, and wall-up attic. Outside are landscaped grounds, a garden area, a pool, and a small pond.

I uploaded this to the Exchange a few weeks ago, but have since added the attic. It's nice to get feedback and thanks, too, which one doesn't get at the Exchange. I recolored most of the textures. My main family is living in this house, and they seem pretty happy.

It's on a 40x30 lot and costs 88,820 furnished. I gave them extra money to buy it, since $20,000 seems inadequate for five employed adults. Let's just say I inherited it from Auntie May

Lot Size: 4x3
Lot Price: 88,820

Number of bedrooms: 3 Bedrooms
Custom Content Included: None
Furnishings: Starter Furnishings
Special Flags: Not Applicable

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

I'm so glad you like it! I haven't built for sims in ages. Let me know if there are any issues. I'm still getting used to not having custom building items.

I never, ever download houses. I much prefer to make my own. But this one is SO GOOD that I just had to have it. Thank you so much for this lovely creation.

I added you to my list of favorite creators, because although you only have three uploads now, I know you'll end up uploading much more beautiful buildings and / or whatever else you feel like uploading. You have potential, silver! Don't forget that. :D
(I know your screen name is silverdrake, but I used "silver" as a nickname. Is that alright with you, dear? Also, don't delve too deep into the whole "dear" thing, either. It's just a friendly name, of course. ^_^ The reason I'm mentioning this is because for some reason, some dumb-butt thought I was calling them "dear" on a more personal level. XD lol!)

I just downloaded Judith's house, and said "This is perfect!" and then found this one, which might actually be better. Don't I feel silly now.

This is a great house. I played a generation of my legacy in it, and it played very well. Plus it's lovely. Thanks!
