Type "constrainfloorelevation false" and use the level tool with some helper walls. There is a little tutorial somewhere on the forum.

I tried to stop but I'm addicted to downloading these types of homes.

And I always stick to one family so it's not like I use them very much...

But it's too gorgeous to pass over!

Very nice! I download way too many homes, and I like to mod starter homes, so I have too many houses to play, but I am going to download this anyways. One question - that car in the driveway next to the Bwan or whatever it's called - What is it? I don't think I ave it in my game.

one more question, you said you used some bayside items. Thats the stuff from the Sims store, right? So can we include that stuff we download from there in houses we upload here? Cause i got myself some of it with my 1000 free points and used it in a house i would like to upload soon, but i wasnt sure as it is actually a paysite...

Yes it is from the Store. As far as I know, the items are not actually included in your lot, their ID number (or whatever) is. So for anyone who doesn't have the set and downloads your house, those objects will be replaced by basic ones. Looking forward to seeing your house
