I've placed a small lot on a larger lot, so I think it will. It's very pretty!

Sure! Worse case scenario you'll have to change the front lawn a bit, but you can place it anywhere you'd like.

this is exactly what im looking for!!-Hopefully the first ep will introduce apartments, i loved that aspect in apartment life!

A watched pot never boils. But a watched pan still fries, and a grease fire burns down your house whether you watch it or not.

This is so great... It's hard to find this sort of townhouse-like lot for the sims 3, and this is such a nice one... I haven't got the sims 3 yet but this is the first house I'll install... and have my first family work hard for it haha .. It's got great vertical expanding potential too!! I like adding another level when my sims start making some money .. but still keep the whole atmosphere of the house... I think this one is perfect for that... Thanks a lot!
