Are you one of those people that just can't seem to stay out of the city for more than a week? At the heart of it all is a house that's been created to keep your sim involved in the community. As a small townhouse (lot size = 16X18), it can be easily placed in the center of your neighborhood and immediately blend into the city's scenery.

Because of its great location, this home will provide your sims easy access to all of the venues and community lots in your town. No more need to pollute the air with a car when everything is just a bike ride away!

Take part in special events and make plenty of friends along the way, be at the heart of it all!

(This home has been designed to replace the Little Corsican Bistro at 380 Mirabello Point. All you need to do is relocate the bistro before placing your house on the lot. Oh and don't forget to change the lot type from Community to Residential.)

Lot Size: 2x2
Lot Price: 54,060F - 33,035UF

Number of bedrooms: 1 Bedroom
Custom Content Included: None
Furnishings: Fully Furnished
Special Flags: Not Applicable

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

I've placed a small lot on a larger lot, so I think it will. It's very pretty!

Sure! Worse case scenario you'll have to change the front lawn a bit, but you can place it anywhere you'd like.

There used to be a tree, Where we took our pretty things, We'd hook them by a thread, Golden egg lipstick and feathers, And watch the light shine through, I'm afraid to forget you, I am remembering you, You were sparkling - My brightest diamond

I LOVE this house! The walled garden is great, and the house is really attractive.

this is exactly what im looking for!!-Hopefully the first ep will introduce apartments, i loved that aspect in apartment life!

A watched pot never boils. But a watched pan still fries, and a grease fire burns down your house whether you watch it or not.

This is so great... It's hard to find this sort of townhouse-like lot for the sims 3, and this is such a nice one... I haven't got the sims 3 yet but this is the first house I'll install... and have my first family work hard for it haha .. It's got great vertical expanding potential too!! I like adding another level when my sims start making some money .. but still keep the whole atmosphere of the house... I think this one is perfect for that... Thanks a lot!
