Hi everybody!

Proud to present you the ever charming and sympathic one attributed by a stunning gaze and smile to dream on

Thanks to Aikea Guinea wonderful default skin and eyes replacementand Lurania 's tribal tattoo 1 for making me able to enhance my Sim!

Well this would be my first upload ever on MTS after lurking here for a while now.

So i'm very sorry if i did anything wrong, i'm not sure if i already included the custom meshes in my .sim file. These meshes can be obtained by following the links on the Download section.

Hope you'll like it!

Installation

After the download and extracting the .sim file, simply put this in the following directory to let it work:

C:\Documents and Settings\Q\My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\SavedSims
Tags: #Aidan, #Valtier, #Silenz

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

Meshes needed! This download requires one or more meshes to work properly. Please check the Description tab for information about the meshes needed, then download them below:
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the sim to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sim file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\SavedSims folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game, enter Create-a-Sim, and save a sim to the sim bin to create this folder, rather than doing so manually. After that you can close the game and put the .sim file in SavedSims
4. Once the .sim file is in SavedSims, you can load the game, and look for your sim in the premade sims bin in Create-a-Sim.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Regardless, this is a great first upload to MTS! I look forward to more future hunks--I mean sims!--to download!

Thanks!

EDIT: Oh, I forgot to ask, did you make him with just the game, or did you use any mods, like Rick and Delphy's CAS slider? The reason I ask, is because I don't have the CAS slider because I have Awesomemod, and I don't want to lose Valtier's looks. :D

i have awesomod too, and i don't lose the shapes of the sims made on the hack, because the hack goes beyond what the games default slides for the face. so just as long as you have something that adds extra to the slides like awesomod and delphy's hack you should be fine

I just want to let you know that I really, really like your sim. He is gorgeous!
(Hello gorgeous! )
He reminds me of colossal movies/stories where Aidan is one of the characters. Like Gladiator movie. I hope I make sense
Again fantastic job on creating him!

Thank you very much! I enjoyed creating him and i'm certainly glad you liked it as well!

By the way I didn't use any sepcial mods like Rick and Delphy's CAS slider so you don't have to worry about incompatibility issues. I just used skin-based mods that overrides the default skin and these are changeable at own will.

I really like those masculine icons portrayed by moviestars in classic movies so you got a point there newone08!

Thanks again everybody!

PS: Those crow's feet are part of the age details you could adjust at the sims's face in CAS.

Can anyone help with installing the file? I don't have a "savedsims" folder and I can't figure out where to save and extract the files for this sim. I have the TS3 Installer Monkey but I can't figure this out. Thanks

Hi there Eminem313a, assuming you're on a windows OS then it would be simple:

1.Just open up any kind of folder like for instance "My Documents" folder.

2.Paste this in the folder location name and don't forget to type in your username:

C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\SavedSims

Put the .sim file there after extraction.

Just in case to make sure he's going to look properly go to:

C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\

and delete the file "simCompositorCache.package", don't worry the game will make a new one automatically if you start it up.

Hope this helps and enjoy!
