This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
This is the second in my swimsuit series.

It is available for Adult/Young Adult females. It can be found in the swimsuit category but has also been enabled as an athletic item at the request of a friend.

I have stayed with the high leg design and this time I have experimented a little with partial transparency.

The opaque part and the transparent panel are independantly re-colourable. Darker solid colours seem to give a better effect on the transparency especially when used with patterns on the opaque part.

I'm having fun trying out what all the tools can do so expect more.

As usual, re-use as you wish, but credit where credit is due.

Thanks again to all the great tool providers.

Additional Credits:
Delphy, of course, Peter L Jones and simlogical. Thanks guys.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file. Now you will have either a .package or a .sims3pack file.

For Package files:

1. Cut and paste the file into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages folder. If you do not already have this folder, you should read the full guide to Package files first: Sims 3:Installing Package Fileswiki, so you can make sure your game is fully patched and you have the correct Resource.cfg file.
2. Run the game, and find your content where the creator said it would be (build mode, buy mode, Create-a-Sim, etc.).

For Sims3Pack files:

1. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
2. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Find the item in the list and tick the box beside it. Then press the Install button below the list.
3. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the content to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
4. Run the game, and find your content where the creator said it would be (build mode, buy mode, Create-a-Sim, etc.).

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

This is very nice, my simmies will definitely be wearing this at the pool. Could you make one that isn't so high-legged, though?

I second Snowpelt's request. I'd love a low-legged(?) version of this.

Please make a high-legged bikini bottom? (Not as high as this one, but still high? I believe this is like an "extreme french cut" so more along the lines of "french cut" for a bottom, if you know what I mean.)
This is gorgeous!

This is absolutely delightful!! Splendid job! You are a God and you've answered my prayers!! whoopee this is even better than the speedo thingy you made! High is best!!! Since nothing seems impossible for you.... can you do two piece in same high cut fashion? and do sleep wear too!! what can i say.... I'm a leg man and i missed those days when women look sexier with longer legs exposed. sorry to disagree with others..... longer legs is still the best!

thank you, thank you!!!!!

Oh, oh.... before I forget..... can you include these high-cuts in athletics too? visions of 80's movie Flashdance comes to mind. it would be wonderful to have the high leg Tights or leotards for aerobics exercises while watching it on tv. I plan to load 80's music on tv & stereo channels.... if possible. thanks in advance RoguePilot.

Finally used this recently, thanks!

By the way, I discovered that even though the description doesn't mention it, this swimsuit is apparently enabled for maternity, so pregnant Sims can use it.
