Do you remember the old TV show Fantasy Island?

"Mr. Roarke (Ricardo Montalban) operates an exclusive island resort with the help of his dwarf assistant, Tattoo (Herve Villechaize). This resort is unlike any other, however, in that each visitor is treated to the realization of his or her wildest fantasies. The suave, mysterious Roarke appears to possess the boundless capability to realize any dream, while his faithful servant wins people over with his charming smile, and his memorable line "De plane! De plane!"-as found on the DVD box description.

Well, there's no plane here, no Mr. Roarke, and no Tattoo -unless you've downloaded some from MTS . But there is something for everyone.

There is even a nursery/child's rest room, which boasts 2 cribs, 4 potties, 2 teddy bears, and a child's toy box.

The 2 park bathrooms are generously furnished with toilet stalls, sinks with mirrors, and even showers! I'm a big fan of those

I've played this park in-game, and I couldn't believe how many Sims came to visit! I'm sure there are many players out there who've heard of these Sims, but I hadn't, like Bennie Dean, Daniel Wang, Rainer Kowling, Shana Natcher, and quite a few others. If you're having trouble meeting new Sims, this is the place to do it!

I'd also never seen the Sims simply jump off the edge of the pool instead of climbing in. Well, they do that from all of the islands in this monstrously magnificent pool!

The kids come to play.
Adults come to relax their cares away.

Lot Size: 6x6
Lot Price: 137,100

I have to say the the feedback on this park was extremely helpful. I couldn't have done it without all of you and your awesome suggestions!

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
