Wow. Trippy and brilliant. Any chance you'd be willing to make a 2x3 (or 3x2) version?

How do you put grass on the roof? I presume you recolor the carpet tile for them to look green like grass? I cant wait to try this when I get home tonight.

Creative and interesting design. I think I might try swapping out the bed for a workout or game room and making it into a community lot park/pool/community center.

Check there for info on installing .Sims3Pack files.

All you do is double click them and the launcher will open.

Oh and by the way awesome house! Thanks to the creator.

The lot looks amazing!

A silly question, does the "grass" roof allow things to be planted on?

Figured this would be an awesome home for my green thumb sim!

I think you can plant things on tile, but you'd have to move the plot after it's planted using the [moveobjects on] cheat.

Awesome house, btw. I can't wait for my simmies to start living underground lol.

Woah, I just decided yesterday that I needed to find an underground house or figure out how to build one. And voila! Thanks for sharing it. It looks very cool.

This is one of the most creatively inspiring houses I've seen on this site since they started The Sims 3 downloads.

Fantastic work!

Your creativity is your limit

You are free to apply changes, providing that you mention the original file...

@ green1350 and ddanne

This is what I do...

Read Edit at botom first

Double click the file then the sims launcher opens up. A few moments later the installer window that manages installing the sims3pack opens that looks like this. .

For me after double clicking the file I get the installer window and an automatic install of the sims3package file. Obviously for some reason this isn't working for you. Are you maybe using the beta version? Just a guess I don't know if that would cause any problems.

Try installing them manually. I am not sure but it's worth a try. Double click (or right click and choose open from the tree menu) the sims3package files then open up the launcher and choose the downloads tab on the left. If you see the house files in the window pane that opens up choose select all. Last choose install all.

I am not sure if this works maybe someone with more knowledge than me can provide input here?

Edit: I think I figured it out... maybe. I can't really tell since I am not having the same problem. Ignore the double clicking of the file and instead copy and paste the sims3package directly into C:\My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads. Note for this one it's actually My Documents and not Program Files. Now you can find the file listed under the downloads tab in the launcher then check the box by the file and choose install button. If this works for either of you please post back.
