Designed to replace the existing Gazebo in the centre of Riverview (1 Old Main Road) it could work anywhere provided you change the paths. I intend, time permitting, to redo many of the Riverview and make this park just one part of my own Riverview.

Whether enjoying the sunshine and fishing in the crystalline depths of the landscaped pond, testing your skills in a game of chess, wedding your true love under the cherry trees or enjoying a tasty buffet and partying to your favourite sim hits in the Victorian gazebo, you’re sue to enjoy the tranquillity of The Old Riverview Gazebo and Gardens.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

I personally think some of the execution could have been better if, for example, the second floor cupola had been octagonal, or the roof slope been a bit lower.

Yes, it looks so very lovely. This what the kind of gazebo that I want to build at my garden too. Many here see this place as a perfect spot for a wedding. This was also awesome during recreational activities too. Night out party or birthday celebration. The word gazebo was used by British architects John and William Halfpenny in their book Rural Architecture in the Chinese Taste (1750). Plate 55 of the book “Elevation of a Chinese Gazebo” shows “a Chinese Tower or Gazebo, situated on a Rock, and raised to a considerable Height, and a Gallery round it to render the Prospect more complete”.
