I love the background story to this lot and the lot itself, very creative.

VERY cool. I love this sort of super-realistic lot. I can't wait to figure out the perfect place to use it! In the meantime, I'll just slap it down in a regular neighborhood and enjoy.

I really like it, I think I'll make my rock star move from his old creepy house, into this.

I have a question : I love the way you put the sofas and coffee table. Looks like you did not only use a 45° angle but some "custom" too, is that correct and if so, how do you do that ?

Thanks !

I only just found out about that too. If you hold down ALT while placing objects (not those that go on walls, though) you can place them without the grid-thing. You can also rotate them in any angle while holding down ALT.

However, there's a console command to turn that on and off. It was always turned on for me, but you might have to turn it on. I found that command when I typed 'help' in the cheat-console after building this lot.

And I made the lot for my rockstar too. :D

Thank you very very much, that could be the "snapobjectstogrid" command from Sims 2, I'll try it right now !

Fabulous!

I really love the grungy look of this place, especially the fenced off exterior staircase. I agree with what you said about how this would have been perfect for Apartment Life.

And yeah, why the heck *aren't* there elevators in TS3? Future expansion, I guess?

Anyway, thank you for sharing this one! I have an artist and his family I think I'll move in.

Man, this looks great. Hopefully they'll include more instruments in Adventures so I can turn this into a real band house. Tucking this away for the future.

I downloaded this when you first posted it and my game has had to be reinstalled many times. I felt like I was missing something and I remembered that crazy and beautiful warehouse that my rockstars would live in was no longer installed. So now I'm downloading it again ^^

Late dawns and early sunsets just like my favorite scenes

Thank you for uploading this, its just great. I found myself needing a warehouse type place that was short of rugged, had space but wasn't too large for apartment/art studio. This place fits the bill for my IFSim!
