Wow this is really really good! I love how you used that wooden fence to make those wooden bits like on a real rustic home!

I like this house so much. The earth tones are excellent with the interior and you have done a splendid job.

Just looking at the screenshots tells me this lot could be called 'Texture Heaven.' It makes me want to reach into the picture and feel the stucco and tile and wood with my hands. You have used textures, which I previously didn't think were very good in my building experience, and used them in such a way that I realize I was wrong to write them off ( I'm talking in particular of the patterned wood ). Thank you for this lesson, I won't be so quick to judge a texture as 'bad' when I haven't even tried it!

Hehe well not much to it... Some of my other lots have animals in their name so I figured why not name this an animal too. As it's a mediterranean lot I chose Spanish (I don't know any Spanish by the way :p) and because it's so sunbaked with dry grass etc, it became thirsty. That's it

I've been playing this lots for 2 weeks now i think, and searched the forums to come back and leave my thanks. When i first downloaded this house i took it in a package with several other lots and didn't really expect much of it. Just needed some empty lots to fill out. But was i in for a surprise when i placed it ingame. WOW!

I guess the pictures don't do the download full credit. I placed it on the Pinochle Street - the side that overlooks the city from the north-west. And what i came up with was a FANTASTIC lot that i cannot stop playing. I usually switch between many lots using awesomemod's ctrl+click -> select sim but it seems i come back to this lot over half the time. Combined with the new ambient night lighting from a recent download i took and the Little Lotte.exe beautiful vista program i may have found the perfect lot in Sims 3. That's why i'm here, creator, to say cudos and thanx
I think you've just motivated me to upload my first sims 3 lot so... Keep it up!

Wow! This house is wonderful!

I live in Spain right near a road with a few luxury homes (including one for the Prince, whodathunk it?), and this seriously reminds me of those houses :D

Keep up the good work, your creations are brilliant!
