Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
Hi everyone! You may remember my last 'etsura' upload which evoked quite positive feedback and as I myself also liket it very much I decided to make it the first upload of a new series. This is the second house to be part of it:

etsura arko

The style of this house is proabably a bit more experimental than the first etsura but that doesn't mean that it's less comfortable. You will find the same lush abd green surrounding, big glass surfaces to let light enter and the modern but cosy furniture.
etsura arko features two spacious bedrooms, one of them ensuite and one more luxurious bathroom on the ground floor.

The kitchen with its beautiful wood equipment has direct access to the exclusive pool terrace. The living and dining areas are not separated by walls to conserve the airy and open atmosphere.

I'd like to show you so much more photos but server space is limited so please download the house and discover it yourself. As always I'm looking forward to read your comments and would be glad if you clicked Thanks in case you like my work! :D

IMPORTANT: The lot contains Numenor's WallWindow and Tiggy027's Metro windows. You need the whole sets to make them work. If you don't have them yet please download the 'WallWindow_Seamless_BASIC_set' from THIS POST and Tiggy's windows from THIS POST . If you already have them in your game you don't need to do this. Thanks for your attention.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

That is such a beautiful house. I wish I could dl but I don't have Bon Voyage. The ONLY expansion I don't yet have. Do you know if the unfurnished version might work without it?

If not, I will so be trying to copy it for my own use but I doubt I'd ever get it so nice. Great job!

Thank you for the comments, Wicked poppies and Bella Brigido!

Unfortunately none of the two versions will work without BV, even the unfurnished house uses some BV objects.

Good thing i just bought Bon Voyage lol.

The worst way to miss someone is when they are right beside you and yet you know you can never have them.

Normally you need just the Wallwindow basic set to make it work. What file did cause the problem?

Eh that's okay. It just gives me more incentive to buy Bon Voyage! I'll save this page for the future. Thanks again.

This house looks truly beautiful, and I am confident that the rest of the set will too.
Btw I love how you described the house like it was a real house you were trying to sell me, and i wonder if you could build a real life version from this design, and how much it would cost to build...

Okay, I like this house, but what did you put it in? After I had my Sim couple move in and pop a kid, they kept floating and giving me Errors. I eventually deleted the whole lot (and family). :/

I'm sorry that the item caused problems in your game but I tested it without experiencing them. All the included CC should work normally but of course I can't guarantee for the work of other creators. Please report if you remark any more issues.
