This medium size two floor japanese styled stilthouse on top of a waterfall has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen/dining, living room, study and a fitness room. (see floorplan)

As you can see, the house can hardly be seen from the road, so your sims will have the feeling of privacy and solitude, if that's what they like.

No custom content was used for furnishing and decorating. Was trying to give it some special little corners with moveobjects on and mirrors instead. Feel free to change whatever you like.

Hope your sims will enjoy it

Lot Size: 6x6
Lot Price: 101.689 / 218.521

Number of bedrooms: 3 Bedrooms
Custom Content Included: None
Furnishings: Fully Furnished
Special Flags: Not Applicable

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Thank you so much! I've needed a break from my Legacy family. I'll probably put a little simmie in here on Epic lifespan.

And this kind of reminds me of Tranquility Falls from TS2 console version.

Wasn't me! But I actually really liked the console version. I wish they had story mode in the PC version.

Oh my... I start to feel bad if people say something like that about one of my earlier and uglier lots... *laugh*
But thank you very much everyone....

This simply amazing. Was looking origionally for a castle for my Sylvanas Windrunner sim, but this is so beautiful I think I'm gonna have her live here. Who said she has to live in the castle sewers? lol. You are exceptionally talented. Keep up the good work!
