Update: 5/14/2010
I removed the Sims 2 Store requirement. Hopefully this helps.

I guess my first post came out a bit sketchy so I refinished my lot with lots of extra prettiness and [hopefully] some pizazz.

Introducing: "Pink Palace Apartments" from "Coraline."

I had some issues with the floorplan not making sense with the outside layout of the house, but readjusted rooms to make it fit and, if I do say so myself, nicely.

I thought I'd give building the house a go since my two toddler boys insist on watching the movie at least once a day. They watch and I get quiet time with my virtual barbies so it all works out well.

So, without further ado, enjoy!

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Pink Palace!? This doesn't look anything like the pink palace from the movie, btw you forgot the conservatory window from the outside in the movie!

The exterior is amazingly the same. But yes, I have to admit that the floorplan is a little complicated. Nice work!

So, you claim that your son was brainwashed by voodoo witch doctors and forced to recrute others?

Btw, I guess you couldn't make the first floor interior grand staircase the way they did it in the movie?!?!

I'm not (as you would say) jealous, it's just that I've seen the movie, and the fact that he couldn't create everything, like the first floor interior grand staircase!

Oh, btw, can you make a sim that looks like the pioneer girl of the "other mother"'s victums, at least what she would've looked like when she was alive? Oh, and another thing, she was the first of the belden's victums, you know what I'm saying? Oh, one more thing, this is a (as most of the users here would put it) "request".

You complain about this masterpiece and yet you're requesting something? So what if it doesn't have freaking grand staircase! It's beautiful, either way...

What's the point in thinking when you speak your mind?

Hello Izzy9100. Thanks for downloading. Both the house lot and the garden lot are SimPacks. Go to the file and double-click each one. It may take a bit for an Install message to pop up.
