Description :
Heart of The Ocean is a Coastal house.
(The name is inspired by a music of Gaelic Storm. )
It's a beautiful home decorated with taste, you'll love it !

Let's begin the visit !
Downstairs you'll find the living, an office area, the kitchen and a powder room.
Upstairs, there's two bedrooms : one master one with its own bathroom, and a bedroom for a child.
The garden is fully decorated, you have a pond and some beautiful bushes all around the house. Nice that you don't have to pay a gardener, right ?

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

This is a great house! I'm so happy to see here houses that look and feel like not only they are (or could be) real houses, but you would really want to live in it!

Looks awsome! Very homey. Love the color scheme BTW.

Absolutely stunning! I am exceedingly picky about the lots I download, but this is too good to pass up: attractive and realistic exterior, and an interior that is well-decorated without being too matchy-matchy.

Thank you so much for sharing your fantastic work. I can't wait to play with it!

First of all, I love this house! It is decorated beautifully.

However, the windows in kitchen/dining area and the adult bedroom upstairs do not show up for me in game. Where can I find them?

Thanks
