Redwood Springs Health Club allows your Sims to get fit in a more natural setting.
The lot consists of three main buildings and an outdoor pool and deck area, with several bamboo and palm tree gardens to shield your Sims from the outside world.

The first building has two stories with several treadmill and exercise machines.
The second building features an aerobics studio for working out to the stereo or TV. (The second floor of the first building actually extends over the second floor of this second building)
The third building is the restroom and showers.

Juice bar with fridge and coffee maker is out on the deck by the pool.

The lot was built of the location of the original gym lot in Sunset Valley, so it is an odd size, 32x40.
The game recognizes this lot as a gym.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

This Is Very Serene And Very Beautiful.

Not Sure How It Would Fit In The Centre Of Town, But Certainly Nearer The Falls Or The Hills Would Be Perfect.

Thanks!

Thanks! I miss the Sims 2 meditation & yoga activities (plus Tai Chi from BV), this lot would be great for that.

Wow! It's stunning! It looks like a very expensive gym/spa you would find at some wellness retreat. Great job! I love how there are a lot of workout machines and treatmills too (the default gym in-game didn't have enough)

Late dawns and early sunsets just like my favorite scenes
Then holding hands and life was perfect just like up on the screen

Does this have to go in Sunset Valley? Is there a way to place it in Riverview? I'm not overly knowledgeable about community lots. But this is gorgeous work and I'd like to be able to use it.

I’m sure I’m in serious need of some moral spankitude, but guess who’s not qualified to be my rabbi?”

It can be placed in any neighborhood. But the lot size is odd and kind of large, so you'd probably have to add a new large size lot in Riverview to fit.
