This is part 1/2 of this home series. Part 2/2 is "2350 Pinochle Point",, and is the more "upgraded" version of this house.

---

Hello everyone... This home is part 1/2 of a 2-series home. It is the "normal" house, with no tricked-out expensive upgrades like the "upgraded" version of it. This is a charming family home, on a sizable 30x30 lot. It has enough room for expansion, and has awesome curb appeal (in my opinion). I am very happy with myself in terms of spending. It is under 200K (furnished)! Thats quite affordable for the average sim's family... Here are the facts:

Bedrooms: 4
Bathrooms: 2.5
Floors: 2
Garage:
[X]Y []N [X]Information 2 car, parking for two + more on driveway if needed...
Fireplaces: 1
Price:
-Furnished: $118,373 Simloans
-Unfinished: $136,365 Simloans
Other:
- 2 story great room
- 2 story foyer
- 2 staircases (Great room, Foyer)
- Very nice kitchen, plus island

Thanks

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

it's a really nice house but it's glitchy. I was playing it last night and my sims were hungry so they went to the kitchen autonomously except they didn't show up downstairs. After they were done eating (the plates moved on their own) the popped out of the room directly above the dinning room
