Thank you for this hack! It'll definitely help when I'm playing an employees house, since they'll actually be home with their family for once!

So, how do I hire a specific sim to a specific place?

Uh? Same as you normally would. Play the owner of the business, purchase a lot or start a home business. Pick up the phone and hire employee(s). Whe you switch to the employee's lot, you can adjust the employee's level, which will then set his/her schedule.
Not actually evil.

This an amazing mod, I am glad I found it here, as it is no longer hosted at Sporum. This is a key component to my Sim economy.

Exactly what I was looking for! I was thinking about employees and the stupid schedule from 9 - 5 and how awkward it is for certain sims (and wondering about how I could fix it myself). Good thing I Googled and found this right off the bat! Thanks!

Hey nice idea - I might just pimp it for my own use but the idea's good. Hope you don't mind. Thanks.

Go ahead and tweak it as you like - it has to match you own businesses, after all.

I ADORE YOU FOR THIS MOD. As someone who, too, plays only "integrated" sim societies without bothering with careers, it used to drive me batty that the teen I hired to wait tables in evenings in a burger joint would just be slotted to the morning shift. Rrrgh. Thank you so much for bringing some sense into the mess!
