Requires the WA EP! It has 2 store items in it. The curtain is only in the master bedroom and the arch is in the railing on the deck, if you don’t have them I don’t imagine it will make a lot of difference.

The main floor has:
Living room
Dinning room
Full bath

The upstairs has:
Master bedroom
Two full baths
2 child/guest bedrooms

The lot has:
Swimming pool
Pool house
Front porch

Store items:
Country Mansion Curtains here
Cellar Arch here

HUGE THANKS to MTS for a place to share and you for looking!

Thanks to feldynn’s great tutorial on making several different roof heights.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

It's great, theres just so many lots with way too much Store items or CC. You managed to create awesome lot with only 2 pieces of Store content, and even them were decorative... Really nice house, going to use it =)

That's a very pretty mansion... I just want to move in immediatly... furthermore, like Neonrose said, it's cool that there isn't so much CC. Thank you!

Great job! And I agree with the others, much appreciated in keeping the CC to the bare minimum. Thanks so much!

Thanks All! I do try to keep store items and cc down but I have been known to go overboard on occasion, I just can't resist spending the points that come with the game!
