Skyborough Private Hospital

40 x 40

This is a lovely replacement hospital (oddly enough, doesn't fit on the old hospital lot)
This lot includes the main big hospital building (the non-enter-able one), and a small "Doctor Clinic"

This hospital is has a special underground carpark, so your Sim's ugly beat up cars can be hidden!

This lovely (yet kinda pointless) lot will cost your sims nothing, yet valued at §116,273furnished - §75,816 - unfurnished

No custom content, Store items, mods or hacks were used on this lot! Floorplans can be found below/on the download page

Lot Size: 4x4
Lot Price: §75,816 / §116,273

Number of bedrooms: Not Applicable
Custom Content Included: None
Furnishings: Fully Furnished
Special Flags: Not Applicable

You must have the expansion, game version or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

So I am confused..... Is this a replacement for the current hospital in the game already, with which you can now watch your sim go into the building as well as their other actions?

Very nice :-) That other hospital was so cold, and this one is so warm. Thanks for sharing!

Its just a lot with the Hospital building on it. The huge one if the game one, as the little one I built next to it is just rooms. Like... yeah...

It can be a replacement, because like Simmiller said (thanks <3), the other one is cold. :P

Totally *not* pointless. I admire your ability to seamlessly mesh together a rabbit hole and an actual building and have it look amazing. Kudos my friend. Kudos.

Jack: Could you imagine anythng better? Tahitian vanilla bean ice cream in a pool on cognac drissled in the most expensive chocolate "Amadei Porcelana" covered in shaved truffles, and topped with 24 carat gold leaf.
Liz: I dunno, have you tried a donut in the microwave?

wait... what do you mean unenterable? I was going to download it especially to put a rabbithole rug in the corner so I could see in but it would still be a rabbithole

Hmm... If we are inside a computer simulation, imagine how awesome a computer the outside people have!

So here it is my sincerely Thank you, for this hospital that I used in some of my worlds. thank you.
