Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
After the unexpected success of Springvale, I thought I'd do another neighbourhood map

Grizzly Hills is a compact neighbourhood with a mountain look-and-feel to it. The main playable area is within range of the Maxis camera, meaning you do not need a camera hack to play this map.

The map has five buildable areas on seperate elevations, including a village centre area, a closeknit residential area, two larger, more sprawling areas suitable for remote cabins and the like, and a small eagle's nest overlooking the rest of the neighbourhood.
All buildable areas are perfectly flat, so no weird edges on your lots, and are best suited to 2x2, 2x3 and 3x3 lots. The more sprawling areas can of course commodate larger lots.

The way it's decorated in my game:

The empty map you will get:

I hope you enjoy this neighbourhood, and if you do, comments are always appreciated

Oh this is so cool! I've been needing a place to put all my supernaturals! and now, I can even have a story to go with it! (Supernatural Sims being forced to relocate! Dun dun dun!)

What the Golden Army really was: Ginormous alarm clocks who wanted to kill you!

Maple Lake took me to your profile to see more of your terrains, I was surprised to come across this one again- This terrain has been my fantasy-creature neighborhood for about a year now and I play in it a lot. Wow. Thank you so much for creating this terrain! :D
