34 Levine Lane, the lastest in the Levine Lane series, is a beautiful starter home that includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a spare bedroom furnished as a nursery and a television and painting easel. The toilet, sink and tub all come with self-cleaning capability, leaving your sim's precious time to spend with family or enhancing skills. The oven is also equipped with fire-proofing to prevent disaters for those not too talented chefs. The home also includes a garage for those sims who like their own rides.

The extensive garden includes plants ranging from nice to perfect many of higher quality, and also features egg and cheese plants. If your sim happens to not have a green-thumb or taste for gardening it can easily be removed.

There is a fully furnished nursery which is ready and waiting for your sim's new addition, or it can be used as a spare room or office.

This home will be perfect to help put your sim off on the right foot, and all this for under 15,000 is sure to easily fit to any budget. It is also positioned on a small, 20x30 lot so it can be placed in many different locations.

I hope you and your sims enjoy

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

I love the relaxed garden layout - mine have all been structured and farm-like. This decorative and purposeful!

I think there's too much plants. My single sim struggled to take care of them. Other than that, it's a pretty and nicely made house.
