Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
This is a small two-story house with fireplace and a covered porch on the yard side. It will sleep up to five sims.

1 x double bedroom
1 x twin bedroom (plus crib)
2 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining/living room

Most of the screens below are taken in the neighbourhood where I'm currently using it (furnished and landscaped slightly differently, and on a larger lot); the top-down screenshots show the lot as packaged.

It is built on a 16x18 lot; prices given below (F = Furnished; U = Unfurnished) are when placed on a regular 20x30 one.

Please don't PM me with questions. Post questions/feedback about this particular house in this thread, generic build mode stuff in the Build Mode forum. Thanks.

Base Game content only. This house will look exactly like on the screenshots.

Lot Size: 1x2
Lot Price: 19.593§ F, 14.297§ U
Number of bedrooms: 2 Bedrooms
Custom Content Included: None
Furnishings: Fully Furnished

You must have the expansion, game version or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

This isn't all base content. Isn't that crib, one that you created? The little sister crib.

simhead23, that's not in the upload … like I said in the OP, the playtesting screens are a bit different since they are from my own neighbourhood. Look at the top-down views to see what's in the uploaded file.

This Is great, I love it, I am curious though, with your houses they are all on smaller lots, do you use a custom world? If so could you disclose which one?

My apologies. I've never seen any custom content in your game before so I would just skip a few sentences. I was just trying to help if you had done it by accident. It's a nice house, by the way.
