Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

This house is beautiful but where can you place it? I've looked in "France" and there were no open lots that size. I really love it tho'. It is so beautifully designed and well-landscaped. I could never make a house this beautiful!! Thank you. I just wish I could place it in France.

Thank you all so very much for all of the wonderful comments I can't tell you how much they all mean to me.

edejan it can be placed in France I moved the Durand's out and moved their house 25 Cedar Point to the bin and used that lot which is 64 X 64. You will have to extend the drive ways just a little to meet the road. I think it looks really nice in the French light.

I love this house thanks! It's amazing. Best i've seen.

But i have a problem..after i downloaded the lot off MTS and used the sims 3 game launcher to load it, it said:

Gouette Dór Vignoble Requires a software update. Please make sure your game has the latest Software Updates.

But i already have World Adventures. The lot wasn't in my game either. Does anybody know what i'm doing wrong?

Help will be much appreciated : )
