I love your house, but would you ever buy a house in real life that did not have a sink in the bathroom? This isn't the first house I have seen on here that was missing the sink in the bathroom. It's not a big deal though, I'll just add one in. The bathroom is plenty big enough for it. Thanks for sharing the house.

Great job on this house plasticbox - Amazing to keep it under 19,000. By the way I think the lack of sink in bathroom is to keep the cost down. Thanks again!

That, and sinks in bathrooms are pretty much useless in the first place. The only time you'd need one is when you have neat sims, who will hike all the way to the kitchen sink to wash their hands otherwise … there's not much of a point wasting §§§ and space for such a small minority.

The design is quaint, and the colors are simple and wonderful. This proves a Sim doesn't need to be rich in order to enjoy their home. Thank You!

Thanks so much I down loaded a new hood that had a few 1x1 and 2x2 around 20 of them oddly your home will help out so much

ohh plasticbox how i missed thee.. when i stopped playing sims 3 (due to lack of computer space) as soon as i had i running again i jumped on here to downlaod some of your starters. thanks for all your hard building effort... so i dont have too :D
