Hi folks,
I present you a new piece of my Mansion series.

The Fantasy Mansion

Yeah, it's not my typical style Just wanted to prove something to myself, I can also build lovely places
A nice location for romantic stories and fairy tales.
I spent quite some time on the texturing and finding nice color combinations for floors and walls.
Have a look at all the small details.

Expansion Pack 1 (world adventures) required
Saved with game version 2.6.11.005
Furnished: 608,807
Unfurnished: 362,052

Now let's see, we have..

Three fully furnished homes. Two small ones and a big one.

Lot summary:
Inside:
Bedroom: 4
Kids room: 1
Kitchen: 3
Dining room: 3
Bath: 12 (..it's a big lot)
Living room: 3
Library: 1
BBQ: 1
Training room: 3
Treasure room: 1
Kitchengarden: 1
Painting room: 2
Show room: 3
Some empty rooms for your purposes, also if you are in need of more space, there's a third level..

Outside:
Parking lots: 4
Slice, Swing
Some Fish, Bugs and Butterfly seeds, Chess, BBQ, Pools

Tested with my 8 sim family.
Have fun!

Hint:
When you place the lot in your world, have a close look at the ground painting,.. if you feel it doesn't look right, then please turn the lot around before placing! That's a general problem when placing lots with ground paint, it has nothing to do with my lot.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

This is the first of your lots I downloaded and I am overwhelmed by the elaborate architecture and furnishing and your attention to details.
What I like most are the bridges and terraces over pools and ponds - this looks beautiful!
But the most amazing fact was that such a big mansion is so easy and smooth to play due to the clever layout!
YOU ARE GREAT!

Candlelight, this is a grand, fantastical, elegant mansion. The colours, the roofs, the arch lined balconies, the bridges, the beach, the gardens/landscaping And all of this without CC I love the way you used the coloured lighting at night - it looks so effective!

This lot oozes fun galore (so much to do!)and is going into my game asap

This lot is absolutely amazing and beautiful. I have a policy not to play to big lots, but i guess i can set it aside for this one! After all the pc should handle it fine.

Wow, this is a glorious mansion/castle. I am definitely using it in my reenactment of the trilogy by Libba Bray.(A great and terrible beauty, rebel angels, and the sweet far thing.) Thank you for the exquisite detail, lovely architecture, and beautiful designing.
