This is absolutely gorgeous! It's nice to see that people can still make beautiful houses with simply the base game. Thank you.

This is a very nice house, but to be honest I am not a fan of all these Base Game homes made by some creators. Unless they are on a "nice size lot" where you can add a garage or drive way. It make no sense to use basic game homes and you have "NightLife"in your game and no room for a car. This is just my "opinion" but to each their own, to do as one please.

Thanks for your feedback Simonut, I really enjoy the challenge when building with just the base game and almost always my houses end up much bigger then i intended so there aren't any space left for a driveway. But you have a very good point and i will definently try to leave enough space in my upcoming houses so downloaders can add a driveway or a garage if they want And I belive that you can place a driveway in the front of this house if you remove some palm trees and make some small changes

I LOVE this! I can't get over how this is just base game. I could never build like this.

I don't know what the problem could be, It should be installed when you double click on the sims2pack file and show up in the lot bin as usual. Have you tried installing using the sims2pack clean installer?

After you download the file you need to extract the rar that contains the house and when you've done that you should have a sims2pack file. Double click on that file and the house should be installed and be in the lot bin. You can find a guide here.
Hope that helps

This is absolutely lovely. I struggle with base game content and landscaping, but you are an expert at both!
