This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
I'm in real need of different style of beard and stubble in game since my Sims is a stylist. I made a set of 5 different stubble styles for your Male Sims. Available from Teens to Elder.

These can be found Under Hair/ Facial Hair. No mesh needed.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file. Now you will have either a .package or a .sims3pack file.

For Package files:

1. Cut and paste the file into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages folder. If you do not already have this folder, you should read the full guide to Package files first: Sims 3:Installing Package Fileswiki, so you can make sure your game is fully patched and you have the correct Resource.cfg file.
2. Run the game, and find your content where the creator said it would be (build mode, buy mode, Create-a-Sim, etc.).

For Sims3Pack files:

1. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
2. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Find the item in the list and tick the box beside it. Then press the Install button below the list.
3. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the content to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
4. Run the game, and find your content where the creator said it would be (build mode, buy mode, Create-a-Sim, etc.).

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Err... I didn't really get your question... Are you asking me which of the packages is the "Hardy Blades" style?

If so they are all in the rar file and each package are properly labeled, you can then choose what to delete and install.

Or are you asking me what Hardy Blades are?

I'm going to guess that they are made to look like Jeff Hardy's facial hair. Jeff Hardy is a professional wrestler. That would be my guess anyway.

Thanks for these!!

Fantastic! I want manly men, not puddings, and this helps tremendously.
(Or it would, if I played Sims3.)

Omg I LOVE THESE! But I have 2 questions for you if you don't mind

Do you think you could possibly edit out the mustache on the "Senor" so it would just be the chin stubble? I've been looking for something like that since the game came out! It would be amazing if you could! :D

And also if you don't mind, could you please tell me where you got the hair for your model in the "devil's horns and hardy blades" pictures?
I would REALLY REALLY appreciate it! Thanks :D

I'm working on the second set and something like that is included. BTW the hair on the models are from EA. I can't fully remember if I downloaded it in the store or it came with Ambitions.
