Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Wow, what a beautiful lot. I love all the little detailts, the patterns, the colours and the little barn is just gorgeous. It's a lovely house - I also love your pictures - excellent work!

edit: just forgot to mention that The Munsters House I just recently uploaded was build on the same lot - it's amazing to see the difference - your lot has a very homey and friendly look. I just love it!

Very pretty and homey!! I love it! I live in the country so I think my sims should too!! Thanks!!!

Additional comment: The pictures you took of this lot are just beautiful. You "should" make the first one into a framed painting that we can get in buy mode to hang in our sims' houses. Don't get mad...not a request, just a compliment.

Another question: Is the truck included with the house? It matches so well!

Thank you so much for all the lovely comments.

edejan: yes, it's a good idea to make it a painting. The truck is included with the house, it's the stuff of Fast Lane.

Guardgian: Thank you for telling me, I'll have a look right away.

It is so cute! Thank you very much for this farmhouse. I imagine it in a little town where everybody knows everybody and life is so pleasant that nobody lives the town. Thank you.

It look soo beautiful and realistic! Just a question - I've never downloaded a house for Sims 3 before - does it have to go in that particular world and lot?
