Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
Today I wish to show you a beach house built in traditional style. The Breeze is medium house for a family with two children. My goal was to create a peacefull house, with beach in the backyard, where kids can play their games. The interior is full of old wood (like in old ship), with blue and sunny-yellow colour tones. It is completely furnished, tested and ready to play.
Hope you will like it

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

This is fantastic. I love everything about it. The colors, the layout, the little patio in the back... It's very well done.

Out of curiosity, was that banderole from a set or a stand alone object?

The banderole is from Store, you can find it here: Folowing Banderole (it is also a part of "Romanza Ceremony + Reception" set).

Thank you all for the comments!

I can't download this because I don't have Late Night, but I really love the way you decorated/designed this! Obviously a lot of thought went into it. Well done!

The curtains are amazing! Great job on the colours and textures. I feel so ashamed that my curtains always end up quite boring.
