Oooh very nice! And very realistic. Reminds me of the row houses I see in the movies. (non-american speaking here...).

Oh WOW! :lovestruc It looks JUST like homes in those better parts of Manhattan, NYC, that they always show in movies about well-to-do New Yorkers! :lovestruc I used to pass those rowhouses everyday going and coming from work, and it would just DEPRESS me; they are REALLY quite expensive and gorgeous buildings, in real life, too WELL DONE! :lovestruc

Thanks. These would be great for a not so modern neighborhood. The Apartments that come with LN wouldn't really fit in.

I built this house on completely flat lot, but I had to lower the ground to build it in this way. It may cause some problems. Try to change location or place it in the bigger lot and shape the ground around by yourself.

Blossom Alley sinking into the ground

Hi first of all thank you very much for this beautifull lot. I am also having the same problem of the lot sinking into the ground. I tried moving it to diffrent locations on the map, but it does the same on all locations, sometimes it sinks by only 1 tile and sometimes by 2 tiles.
I would realy love to play with this I can't fix the problem. I have even tried raising the ground by 1 or 2 tiles before placing the lot, but the problem remains. Please help. See attached img.

Putting it in bigger lot can help... it'll sink anyway but you would be able to shape the ground around. You can also use console command "constrainfloorelevation false" and rise the ground level by yourself. Probably it'll take you some time, but I don't know what else I can do to help you.

Having the same issue with it sinking into the ground on a flat world, going to try the constrain right now and see ow it goes, I love this lot though

Edit: That made it pretty damn awful, everything that doesnt move much got stuck under ground :/

Edit2: Okay I managed to make it pop all up, first I flattened the land, and then using the sledgehammer I deleted items (usually multiple at once) and hit undo and it auto fixed where they were suppose to go, I just kept doing this with everything, even the roof, until all of it was in the right place, granted this also deleted the mailbox and trashchute, and the garbage bin ended up under the ground, but I managed to fix that and fix them and replace them. Just an idea for anyone else experiencing any issues with this lot

Also anotehr note, make sure you delete ALL markers before trying this, I found this out the hardway that if you don't do that you gotta start over again because they get hidden in the world ;-; there's 2 hours down the drain

Also I don't know if you knew this, but each enclosed area that is NOT part of the housing, needs to have a public marker inside it (aka the trees with fences around them) or else they add to the overall value of the lot, I managed to reduce the cost of the lot by ~2k doingt his

Thanks for you advice Elfykins. I also tried the constrain cheat but like you said it made the lot look awful with the lower level completely stuck under ground.

I want to try your idea in Edit 2, but I am not sure of the step where you deletd items. Did you place the lot, then flattened the land and deleted items one by one, like for instance delete a staircase and hit undo. Moved on to the next staircase delete and hit undo? I suppose you wil have to do this to the walls, floors and furniture aswell?
