Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
My little brother wanted to have a furniture store and had the great idea to name it: SIMKEA.
So as you may guess it sells furniture from the IKEA Stuff pack.
Besides furniture on the second floor, there is a room for children, restrooms for customers and employees, and a small restaurant on the ground floor.

I didn't test it as a running business yet, as it is a rather expensive lot and my sims are poor. ;-) So if you do, let me know how successful it is.

Furnished, playtested and no custom content!

Enjoy playing!

Lot Size: 4x4
Lot Price: 160.000 §

Number of bedrooms: Not Applicable
Custom Content Included: None
Furnishings: Fully Furnished
Special Flags: Not Applicable

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Love it. Don't know why they didn't give us an Ikea store with the SP like they did with H&M. Now my shopping district will be complete.

Fantastic! There really needs to be more no CC stuff. I thought it was rather strange that Maxis didn't make a store to match their IKEA furniture, while the stores themselves are so quirky and unique. Thanks!

Thank you very much! I just sent my sims to the store, and it's absolutely like the real thing! By the way, before I played it, I thought I would want to change the interior a bit, but I didn't, because I think you've got impeccable taste! Keep up the good work!
