Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Ooooh, me likes. And it's very timely. I have a new household that needs a house, but I'm not in a building mood, didn't want to reuse one I'd previously made, so I've been procrastinating. But! This house will fit into the 'hood, stylistically, and they have just about the amount of money that this one costs. BINGO! Thank you! Now this neighborhood can move forward.

Another greatly appealing home by Pippenhouse! I love the reds and greens, bold, but subtle.

Here is another house that's listed for 55 051, but when I install it, it costs 134,284. < - New Prosperity Challenge. Last update: 6/9/14

I used a mod called "stay things scrub" from Simlogical when building this house. It allows me to move a family in and playtest everything while still keeping all the furniture when they move out.

This mod also changes the lot price when the family moves out.
I believe Mootilda uploaded a fix for this mod if I'm not mistaken, If you have that fix in your downloads folder that may explain the price issue.
