Ooooh, me likes. And it's very timely. I have a new household that needs a house, but I'm not in a building mood, didn't want to reuse one I'd previously made, so I've been procrastinating. But! This house will fit into the 'hood, stylistically, and they have just about the amount of money that this one costs. BINGO! Thank you! Now this neighborhood can move forward.

Here is another house that's listed for 55 051, but when I install it, it costs 134,284.

I used a mod called "stay things scrub" from Simlogical when building this house. It allows me to move a family in and playtest everything while still keeping all the furniture when they move out.

This mod also changes the lot price when the family moves out.
I believe Mootilda uploaded a fix for this mod if I'm not mistaken, If you have that fix in your downloads folder that may explain the price issue.
