A Scenic, Cozy, and Unique Retreat!

Remember my window set that I uploaded? Well this was the lot that I made them for. It has been sitting around, finished, long before those windows were even started. That being said, I freaking love this house! It is simple, small, and something that I have never created before. Since it needed a desert, TVRdesigns was kind enough to build a set for me; It really makes the house something special, wouldn't you agree? That being said, this adobe style house was a ton of fun to make (and a pain to get pictures for, but more on that later!) and I will, hopefully, make more in the future!

This Lot Has:
1 Bedroom
1 bathrooms
Kitchen
Dining Area
Living Room
Pool
Back Patio
Garage

Lot Specs:
Lot Size: 20x30
Lot Price Furnished: 53,413
Lot Price Unfurnished: 24,344
Play Tested: Yes
Max No. of Sims: 2

CC Shown but NOT Included:
Outdoor Lighting Tweaks v1.5 by dDefinder - Thanks to this mod, the pictures had dramatic shadows and wonderful colors. Awesome mod!
"Shuttered Window" Expansion Set by Me - I used my window set in the sun room and to get single tile placement. They are needed for the lot to appear exactly as is in these screenshots.

Lot Size: 2x3
Lot Price: See Post

Additional Credits:
TVRdesigns - So much thanks and credit goes to him. He built the beautiful scenery behind the house after I asked him. I sincerely appreciate all that he did with this house; Please check out his stuff!

Morphead - Name assistance, of course!

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

This is the most freaking goddamn awesome house you have ever built! Words cannot describe how much I love this house, it is probably my favourite house I have ever seen built in all the Sims games. You are a creative genius (even if some of it did happen by accident ) Thank you for sharing this with the community!

Haha, this is brilliant, Q, I was a bit unsure if the bright blue/green was gonna fit in with the backdrop, but it works great! The floorplan is cute and simple, really good
