This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.

I started this as simple project for extracting the buffet table tulips and plates as a clutter pack and turned into a dining room from IKEA. These are my first made from scratch meshes exluding the buffet table items. Create a style cannot be used on the Tulips, Plates, coffee mug and glass vase. Each of those have 2 color options except for the glass vase which is transparent. Prices and where they are located are in the pictures. I originally wanted an all wood dining set with no chair pads and these were my favorite items from IKEA hence the obscure name because the chair doesn't technically match the Table as a set. I think with create a style anything can match though .

Polygon Counts:
Side Board 326 Poly
Tulips 513 poly
Large Plates 90 poly
Small Plates 90 poly
Coffee Mug 206 poly
Kaustby Chair 322 poly
Lyckhem T 2x2 102 poly
Lyckhem T 1x1 102 poly
Glass Vase 248 poly

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file. Now you will have either a .package or a .sims3pack file.

For Package files:

1. Cut and paste the file into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages folder. If you do not already have this folder, you should read the full guide to Package files first: Sims 3:Installing Package Fileswiki, so you can make sure your game is fully patched and you have the correct Resource.cfg file.
2. Run the game, and find your content where the creator said it would be (build mode, buy mode, Create-a-Sim, etc.).

For Sims3Pack files:

1. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
2. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Find the item in the list and tick the box beside it. Then press the Install button below the list.
3. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the content to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
4. Run the game, and find your content where the creator said it would be (build mode, buy mode, Create-a-Sim, etc.).

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

I love the simplicity of it. I do wish the table and chair tops had another option though. I love to make painted legs and wood grain tops or wood legs and granite or cloth tops.

What comfort level are the chairs?

A very classy and basic dining set, just right! It bothers me sometimes that EA makes tons of themed or highly designed sets, all of which look great but don't fit in 90% of my interiors.

Default My Sims can not interact with the table and chairs
I'm sorry if I'm not posting correctly here, but this is the first time I am posting on this site. I recently downloaded the Lyckhemkaustby dining set.
I then installed a new world into my game. My sims will not interact with the table and chairs in the dining set. I have the most recent patch.
Is this set patched to the most recent patch or am I doing something wrong.

Thank you for your attention to this Again I apologize if I posted this comment incorrectly.
