This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.
Updated for 1.63!

I love the bubble bath and "bathe till tranquil" interactions in TS3. However, I don't like that you have to buy that ugly bubble bath bottle to get the interactions. So I made these little soap bars to add a touch of realism to your sims' lives. And best of all, they're recolorable!

There are two versions, a bubble bath version and a "floatable" version. If you place the bubble bath version on a tub, you will get the "Take Bubble Bath" interaction when you click on the tub.

Alternatively there is the "floatable" version. This version is based off of the Rubber Ducky to get the floating animations. Because of this, sometimes your sims will pick it up and talk to it...which is...strange, but unavoidable.

Both have one recolorable channel with four presets. They are found in Decorations -> Misc and Bathroom -> Accents/Laundry for 5 simoleans.

Feel free to clone these to make your own bath accessories.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file. Now you will have either a .package or a .sims3pack file.

For Package files:

1. Cut and paste the file into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages folder. If you do not already have this folder, you should read the full guide to Package files first: Sims 3:Installing Package Fileswiki, so you can make sure your game is fully patched and you have the correct Resource.cfg file.
2. Run the game, and find your content where the creator said it would be (build mode, buy mode, Create-a-Sim, etc.).

For Sims3Pack files:

1. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
2. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Find the item in the list and tick the box beside it. Then press the Install button below the list.
3. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the content to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
4. Run the game, and find your content where the creator said it would be (build mode, buy mode, Create-a-Sim, etc.).

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

This is both adorable and a great idea! I've seen recolors of the bubble bath stuff before, but it's still same-old same-old blocky bottle. This will come in handy, thanks! ^_~

Love this for my insane sim who... on occasion (many actually) when left by herself will talk and talk and talk to... well... to herself. I love that now she can have a bubblebath and well... talk to her soap!

My sims thank you! This reminds me of a bath product line I love RL so I can pretend these are bubble bar slices! Which will make patterning sooooo fun!

To me, the big selling point in this mod, besides the aesthetics (which are great), is that it puts these items in the buy catalog. I'm tired of tracking em down in buydebug

I'm hoping you can use both... I like my sims' tubs to have bubble bath AND a ducky for maximally entertaining baths.

Excellent! I was only thinking the other day how I wished I had bars of soap to put on my Simmies' sinks. So far I've been stuck with using the liquid soap pump that came with Late Night.

This was a wonderful surprise for me to find today! Thank you for making this, I too like the bubble bath interaction but on certain bathtubs the huge bottle balancing on the edge just looks weird. I also love that these are recolorable. Thank you.

I love this! I think that the floating soap is cool too, because it just might be that the sim really appreciates the soap that makes them clean, and is telling it so. Heh heh. Thanks for this mod!

*squee* Awesome! I've been wanting soaps for my simmies but only found boring deco ones, these are fun!

Can I request an alternate version using a big round sponge for both options? That would make a perfect combo with the soap!

I can't stand having sinks in my homes without soaps. There is no such thing as a sink without soap. That's just gross and useless. But there is really only one soap accessory that's suitable for a home--the soap pump that came w/LN. I looked at the soap and said to myself, "DO WANT." The fact that you can have a bubble bath with it is even MORE awesome. You da mod.
