Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
Cute Cottage on a 3x2 lot. Made with the Base Game only. This small home has 1 bedroom and 2 bath rooms. You could easily add a second bedroom upstairs if desired.

There is room on the right side of the lot to add a driveway for those that have Nightlife.

There is very little CC in this lot, only 3 walls and 2 floors.

Thanks for looking! I hope you enjoy this lot as much as I do.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

It's gorgeous, simgrl! You always have the best houses--love the landings--thanks for sharing.

Twisty stairs make me a happy cat. Love the "rug" in the living room, and the attic space too. The deep maroon color scheme is so homey and inviting.

Very nice! I love the exterior 'look' - especially the front walkway. How on Earth did you do this with only BG and such few CC!?! I'm in awe of your talent! Thank you!
