Oh Ben, I didn't see this earlier. This is nice and smaller than your other homes, but in a great way. Nice floorplan and good use of space.

I have one question...what exactly will be effected if one installs this house without having Late Night? Is it simply certain items, textures or something bigger like structure or something? I really love this house but unfortunately the only expansion I don't have is Late Night.

If memory serves, one person did attempt installing one of my houses with only the base game (no EPs at all). The report she gave was that certain objects were replaced with other objects, including some rather strange substitutions (bookshelves in lieu of washing machines).

Most of the objects I used are not from LN, so if you install it, it should be slightly different from the pictures. But otherwise, you should be able to use it.

The coffee machine is the LN version, but you can place the base game version there instead if you like.
