Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
I've always been weak for striped wallpaper and wooden floors (not nescessarily combined all times, but still). I made a set of each to fill my (non-existant) need of more walls and floors.

The wooden floors come in six shades:

The walls come in eight shades with white skirting:

While I was at it I also decorated a room to show you an example of what a room using these walls and floors can look like:

All items in the picture appart from the couch (and the wall and floor, obviously) are either basegame or from EP's (mostly IKEA). The couch is a The Sims 3 to The Sims 2-conversion by Evanesco and can be found here.

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

Lina, are your walls and floors propositioning me? I like them bunches, they just better not be trying to get fresh with me. ;p

The wall texture is quite nice, very realistic without being photoshoppy, will fit into my game very well.
Bowties are cool.

With striped walls and wooden floors like these? You'll have to use force to keep me from staying. Tackar, tackar! ("Thank you, thank you," for those of you who don't speak Swedish.)

These are lovely. Love that the stripes on the wallpaper are subtle and not overpowering (unlike some maxis walls). Thank you!

It looks awesome! Can you make the wooden floors for TS3 too? Would be great, because it's difficult to find good wooden floors for the sims 3.

I'm glad you like them, but unfortunately I don't create for TS3. If anyone who does and want these for that game as well they are free to convert them, but I don't personally have the knowledge to do so, sorry.
