To maintain the condition of the garden I would suggest you install a garden mod such as the Inge inspired Perfect Plants or Perfect Gardens at Simbology

The Lots were shrunk with the Lot Adjuster by Mootilda

Please see the Stair threads for Scriptorium installation instructions-the lots will work just fine if you don't install the stairs properly, but you won't be able to select, change them or use them in other lots.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

I really like your beach landscaping. It sets off the houses in a natural way since you wouldn't expect to see tons of landscaping right on the beach!

I'm only posting one comment for the entire (n)a Beach Terrace series. Having recently installed a sim into one of your previous Beach Terrace series - I was delighted to see more! These are eminently playable, compact houses. This is a series comparable to the Queens Brook Blvd N series of houses or much earlier, all of the now long gone Bluestone, RedStone, and Yellowstone houses. Bravo several times over!

My one complaint is that I really prefer unfurnished houses to start with, but that's me.
