Description:

My first fire station designed by me and no replacements by Electronic Art Creations.
This Sunset Valley Fires station is light green because it's like the colour of saving the environment, also saving the town!

Lot features:

  • One bedroom with one bunk beds
  • Two separated bathrooms
  • One small office
  • One small lounge room and median size kitchen
  • One small GYM
  • One small backyard
  • Three available parking lots
  • Well landscaped
  • Well detailed & designed
  • Median size fire station area
  • Fully furnished
  • Modern design
  • Designed by American style like Palm Springs Fire Station CA

Real station:

A real Fire station called Palm Springs Fire Station.
There's a little similarity of Sunset Valley Fire station and Palm Springs Fire station.
I like the Palm Spring Fire station design, because it's a medium size and it's a modern design. Not so stylish and not so big.
So I decided to make one for Sims 3, I couldn't find any blueprints for the Spring Valley Fire Station so I tried my best to make
the interior look nice. I hope you like my fire station and happy simming!

Note:

It doesn't have to be in Sunset Valley, I can be somewhere else like Bridgeport, Hidden Spring and others.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

This is great! I love the fact you've based it on a real building and we can see the original. The landscaping is impressive in it's simplicity, and the inside is very realistic.

I love this lot! I have a question about the roof. How did you get the thick roof tiles over the main part of the fire station? Thanks for your help!

This is soooooo cool. I'm getting ready to start playing Sunset Valley when I came across your fire station. It will fix the look of the town so much better than the one that is in the bin. Thank you very much for taking the time to make this and share it.

This looks great, thanks! But, I am having a problem with no one showing up at the fire station. I got a job there, and there is no coworkers, or anyone but me in the building. Is this suppose to happen?

Edit: I was able to fix the issue, by rotating the lot. It was a routing issue.

IT's 2015 nowand you still save people lives. I always was annoyed by the game put the fire station on SV map, big lot for nothing.
Thank you <3
