Wow! This is absolutely lovely! The gardens are beautiful too. Really like the attic area too, have you used stealth stairs to get there?

Stealth stairs, yes. I actually didn't know what they were until I had actually used them and researched what they were lol. But yes I have used stealth stairs to make private access to the main bedroom living area on the third level and the entertainment area on the third level with family access.

Sorry to hear that it was performing not so well on your machine. I have recently upgraded to a new laptop with much better graphics and performance so I didn't notice much lag. I am currently building a residential lot on a 5*6 space which unfortunately won't work on some computers.

A definite winner! Even the most wealthy and noble sim family would be happy here. Your screenshots are so awesome, they really sell the house. The burgundy and green are spectacular together.

So sorry to hear this
I will do my best to upload some more medium and small sized lots for those with lag issues on my larger properties.

Well that's what I aim to do for all my houses that way people can refurnish this if they like with their own choice of custom content.

This is very good! Most people use custom content, but somehow you managed to make the house look good WITHOUT CC. Thanks.

It is the Hibiscus Shrub inside of Boxy Lady that makes for all that lagg. Oh but it does so look like a rich man's mansion. The pictures don' t do this justice. Very lovely! To stop game crashes on some PC's is this trick here: http://www.digitalperversion.net/ga...p?topic=21931.0
