Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
Spend some (a lot) of simoleons on this bachelor pad and you will be set for life. With everything a bachelor could want or need plus an additional 2 bedrooms in basement, this home will allow for guests and possible future family. If it suits, you can move a family in without being cramped.

With expensive fittings, classy furniture and decorative items, you are sure to impress any visitors. The spacious ground floor living has plenty of light with access into the back deck / pool area. The second floor is the main bedroom area with a hall to the study area, en-suite and walk in robe.

In the basement is an activity room, garage, utility room, gym & sauna, 2 bedrooms and washroom.

The trash can is hidden behind the far right stone wall and is usable by sims without difficulties. All appliances, alarms, skill building objects are included with the lot so no additional purhcases are necessary (other than a car perhaps). The garage has full functionally despite the sloped driveway in case you were curious; just don't place cars on the actual slope.

Hope you enjoy this lot as much as I have enjoyed building it. Feel free to leave feedback and clciking the thanks button will be greatly appreciated. Thanks for viewing.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Wonderful house! So impressive! Great, great, great use of CFE, the backyard is especially amazing. I love the plants on the balconies too. This is the kind of house that seems more like a real life home than a sim home.

Great architecture. I have only one question because I would really love have this in my game. Because is driveway lowered is it functional for cars...I mean can my sim use car for going on work or some other?

The garage underneath the house is fully functional and the car will reverse out onto the road, then drive off. As for placing a car on the driveway, I don't recommend this because the car will be half inside the ground and the sim will have trouble getting in the car. Also note that when a car reverses out of the garage the car will jump from down low to ground level half way up the first driveway piece and will drop back down to that level on return to the lot. So in short, the garage is perfectly fine to use but don't place cars on the actual driveway.

Thank you for answer. Important to me was that I can use car in this lot, because it can be used without any problems I am very happy. Thank you once again for this sharing.

Very cool house! I like what you did with the different floor heights around the pool and of course the sloped driveway.

Wow! Here's the list of my favorite aspects of your house: the roof lines, the deck and pool, the interior color scheme, and the spaciousness. Dead Sim, you're a rising star!

Just have to say wow and thanks to all of you for leaving such fabulous feedback! I was a little bit worried with the red accents on this lot but they really bring it to life I think. I really appreciate these comments.

You probably need to place the lot on higher ground

If you have been trying different places in the same neighbourhood try a different one that may have higher ground level. I've heard of people have troubles in the past but I have never encountered basement flooding issues myself. There should be some helpful threads on this website if you are still having issues.
