Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

This is amazing <3
Let's see, what are my favorite things about it...
1) The bridge...it's great and I have no idea how to do that myself :P
2) The trellis-type-thing outside. It looks really nice.
3) The fireplace in the living room looks awesome with the pillars and the brick surround! I'm stealing that idea for my next house
4) Everything else :D
Thank you

Well I started it about a year ago but I don't know how long I spent on it then, probably a couple of weeks though. Then I spent about a week on and off finishing it when I found it on an old hard drive recently

Excuse me, but I just have to explode.

Thank you! This is fantastic.
It's so hard to build a house to hold large/multiple families that also looks great and functions well. This will be well used in my game.

If I were able to, I might buy the Sims 3 just to be able to have my Sims live in this house. It's beautiful, amazing, and perfect. I wish I could live there in real life. Sadly, I only have the Sims 2, but still - amazing job <3

This is amazing! My family of 8 thanks you! They were beginning to trip over each others feet and I needed a suitable house for them, you know, that didn't have rooms the size of a thimble.

I'm sorry if this is a dumb question, but I looked everywhere I could think of and found no answer; does this house require The Sims 3 Supernatural?

I tried downloading it, but it said that it requires a software update, but everything I have is up to date, and the only expansion I don't have is Supernatural. This house is gorgeous, and just what I need, so I'd hate to miss out on it just because of some small error that I can't figure out.

Thank you so much for making this house by the way, even if I can't get it myself, it looks like a great deal of work was put into it, and the outcome is amazing.

I only had the base game installed when making this so it can't require anything else. I'm can't think why else it wouldn't be working, sorry. Thanks though

Getting the same error as well but when I check for updates for my game it says it's already up to date.
