Do you remember Count Duckula? This is one of my favorite TV series from childhood. I always wanted to live in that castle . I decided to build it for my sims. The castle is situated on a high rock, climbing the steep stairs is the only way to get to the castle. It's decorated in vampire and a little odd style. It should be a home for vampire, supernatural place; your decision what you choose.
On the first floor is a large hall with a piano. On the second floor there is a living room, dining room, kitchenette and bathroom. On the third floor there are bedrooms and one small bed for a vampire, in the second room has a double bed comfortable. On the fourth floor there is a study with a desk, a clock moon.
Price:
furnished: 117579
unfurnished: 60871
Community lot: popular supernatural place

Original castle photo:

The castle was designed as a tourist object. A place where you can see how vampires live. You can explore the different rooms, kitchen, living room, etc. All castle I have explored, (and there were a lot of them cause I'm a castle maniac ) were basically furnished, from example in medieval style. So what's the castle without a kitchen, bedroom ?etc.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Ahh,thank you for bringing back some childhood memories.
I always loved Count Duckula as a child and of course all those weird characters related to him like Igor, the Nanny(did she ever used a door?) and that wacky vampire slayer(which speaks in a very odd east german acent in germany).
Whoops, nearly forgot those two russian bats in the cuckoo-clock :D

Amazing build!

Quick question: how did you get the birds--are those fog emitter effects or CC or something? If so, which FE code did you use, please?

My dear simers, I have noticed that house have small architecture error. At the end I changed the location of the stairs on the second floor and Sim cannot go to the third floor. Sorry about that.
tip: expand the floor on the left side of the stairs on both floors and will be ok

Yes, fog emitter effects, I do not remember exactly what code I used ( birds or bird, bird2, bird3, bird4). List of fog emitter codes

Hidden passages hmmm but where? I think that will not work, I use many stuff from Supernatural.
