~ Story ~

This beautiful Italian Villa was built for one of the most famous authors of the 18th Century.
Her love for the outdoors and exquisite taste offered great help in designing this breathtaking home.

It is said that some of the most important works of literature to this day, were written in the lush courtyard of this home.
"The Stance" was completely written on a notepad - while she sat at the bench near the fountain - overlooking the Mediterranean.

After her death in 1793, the home was donated by her family, and later preserved as a museum.

In 1998, this property was put up for auction by the Monte Vistian Government to raise funds for a massive plumbing overhaul needed within the city.
French Millionaire, Pierre Coehlo, bought the museum as a summer vacation retreat for his family.
Most of the home was left in its original state - preserving the vintage/luxurious feel.
The basement was renovated from being a large wine cellar into 2 large beds/baths and a laundry room - making the home more functional.
The rest of the house was outfitted with modern electronics/appliances.

In the fall of 2012, Mr. Coehlo decided to auction the home - raising money for his non-profit organization, The Dreams of Tomorrow.

Now is your chance to own a piece of history - and benefit modern pediatric medicine!
Showings are by appointment only - please call to setup an appointment.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
